Ingredients
– 2 cups almond flour
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup diced ham
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, shredded cheese, eggs, baking powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
2. Heat a chaffle maker or waffle iron and lightly grease the plates. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot plates and spread it into an even layer.
3. Sprinkle the diced ham evenly over the batter and close the chaffle maker. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
4. Carefully remove the chaffle from the maker and repeat with the remaining batter and ham.
Notes
