Description
Indulge in the aromatic blend of cumin, garlic, and ginger in these tender, flavorful Cumin Lamb Noodles. A quick and easy weeknight meal the whole family will love.
Ingredients
– 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced
– 8 oz wide rice noodles
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp grated ginger
– 2 tbsp cumin
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 cup sliced scallions
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. 2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over high heat. Add the sliced lamb and cook for 2-3 minutes, until browned on the edges.
3. 3. Add the garlic, ginger, and cumin. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated.
5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the scallions and cilantro.
6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute beef or chicken for the lamb.
