Ingredients

– 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced

– 8 oz wide rice noodles

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp rice vinegar

3. 3. Add the garlic, ginger, and cumin. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated.

6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute beef or chicken for the lamb.
