– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 2 large eggs, beaten

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

3. – Carefully spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves.

4. – Set up a breading station with the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.

5. – Dredge the filled egg halves in the flour, dip them in the beaten eggs, and then coat them in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

6. – In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat 2-3 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F.

7. – Carefully add the breaded deviled eggs to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
