– 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
– 1 3/4 cups (210 g) all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. – In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
3. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
4. – Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
5. – Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
