Ingredients
– 1 cup brewed coffee
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 5 whole cloves
– 1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine the brewed coffee, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange zest.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the syrup steep for 15-20 minutes.
4. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
