Ingredients
– 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
– 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 1 bay leaf
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion, carrots, and celery in a bit of olive oil over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
