Description

Ingredients

– 1 bottle (750ml) dry rosé wine

– 1 cup fresh rose petals

– 1/2 cup fresh lavender sprigs

– 1 cup club soda

– 1 lemon, sliced


Instructions

1. In an ice cube tray, place 1-2 rose petals and a small sprig of lavender in each cube compartment. Fill with water and freeze until solid.

2. In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine and club soda. Stir gently to combine.

3. Fill glasses with the floral ice cubes, then pour the rosé spritz over the top.

4. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and an additional rose petal or lavender sprig.

Notes
