Ingredients
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the fresh blueberries.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
