Description

Indulge in the irresistibly fudgy and decadent goodness of these easy Fudgy Red Velvet Brownies, ready in just 10 minutes! This quick and comforting recipe delivers a rich, chocolate-y treat with a classic red velvet twist.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 tablespoon red food coloring

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.

3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4. 4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5. 5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Stir in the red food coloring until the batter is evenly colored.

6. 6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

7. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake.

8. 8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For an extra fudgy texture, use dark cocoa powder instead of regular. You can also add chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter for a nutty crunch. Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
