Description

These Garlic Butter Bacon Ranch Chicken Pretzel Bombs are the ultimate savory and irresistible bite-sized treat. Tender chicken is wrapped in a fluffy pretzel dough, then baked to golden-brown perfection and coated in a heavenly garlic butter sauce and sprinkled with crispy bacon and ranch seasoning.

Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough

– 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

– 3 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a medium bowl, toss the chicken cubes with 2 tbsp of the melted butter and 1 tbsp of the ranch seasoning. Set aside.

3. – Roll out the pretzel dough and cut into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a circle.

4. – Place a piece of the seasoned chicken in the center of each dough circle. Gather the dough around the chicken, pinching to seal.

5. – Place the pretzel-wrapped chicken bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

6. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the pretzel dough is golden brown.

7. – In a small bowl, mix the remaining 4 tbsp melted butter with the minced garlic and remaining ranch seasoning.

8. – Immediately after baking, brush the garlic butter mixture over the hot pretzel bombs. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.

9. – Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These pretzel bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. When ready to serve, bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time. For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
