Ingredients
– 3 large russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with the melted butter, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
3. – Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
5. – Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
