Ingredients
– 12 large pasta shells
– 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
– 1 cup Alfredo sauce
– 1/2 cup garlic butter, divided
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1/4 cup of the garlic butter, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into the cooked pasta shells.
5. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup of garlic butter.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shells are heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
