Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish. Tender chicken is marinated in a flavorful garlic-parmesan mixture, then grilled or baked to perfection for a crispy, golden-brown exterior and juicy, tender interior.

Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 tablespoon dried parsley

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.

2. Thread the chicken cubes onto metal or wooden skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

3. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

4. Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the exterior is crispy and golden-brown. Alternatively, bake the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) before threading onto the skewers. You can also use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for a juicier, more flavorful option.
