Description

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of this Goat Cheese & Roasted Apple Flatbread with Sweet Cinnamon Drizzle. The creamy goat cheese, caramelized roasted apples, and fragrant cinnamon glaze come together to create a mouthwatering seasonal delight.

Ingredients

– 1 pre-made flatbread or naan

– 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

– 2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– 2 tbsp honey

– 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until softened and caramelized.

3. Meanwhile, spread the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil over the flatbread or naan.

4. Once the apples are roasted, arrange them evenly over the flatbread.

5. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the top.

6. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and remaining cinnamon. Drizzle the cinnamon-honey mixture over the flatbread.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.

8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese, such as feta or brie, or add a sprinkle of chopped nuts or fresh herbs for extra flavor. This flatbread can be enjoyed as an appetizer, a light lunch, or a shareable snack.
