Description

Indulgent Goat Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates drizzled with aromatic rosemary honey – the ultimate easy appetizer that’s perfect for parties and gatherings!


Ingredients

– 12 Medjool dates, pitted

– 3 ounces goat cheese, softened

– 6 slices bacon, cut in half

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese.

3. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and chopped rosemary.

6. Drizzle the rosemary honey over the warm, bacon-wrapped dates.
