Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon instant yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup warm water
– 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
2. – Add the warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
3. – Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. – Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
5. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
6. – Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
7. – Roll each piece into a ball and place them in a greased muffin tin.
8. – Brush the tops of the muffins with olive oil and sprinkle with the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
