Description

Treat yourself to the irresistible combination of gooey marshmallow, rich chocolate, and soft, pillowy dough in these homemade Gooey S’mores Rolls. They’re a quick and easy way to satisfy your campfire cravings anytime!


Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 tablespoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cubed

– 3/4 cup milk

– 1 cup mini marshmallows

– 1 cup chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the chilled butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3. Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 12×16 inch rectangle.

4. Sprinkle the marshmallows and chocolate evenly over the dough. Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough.

5. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.

6. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra gooey goodness, try using a mix of milk and dark chocolate. You can also add a drizzle of chocolate sauce or caramel over the top.
