– 6 cups cubed bread

– 2 eggs, beaten

– 1/2 cup chicken broth

– 1 tsp sage

– 1 tsp thyme

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion, celery, and garlic.

3. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the gravy, eggs, and chicken broth.

4. – Pour the gravy mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine. Season with sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.

5. – Scoop the stuffing mixture into the prepared muffin cups, pressing down gently to compact.
