Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 cups mixed greens


Instructions

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
