Ingredients
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
– 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
– 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
– 4 large tortilla wraps
Instructions
1. – Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. – In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
3. – Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. – In a large bowl, combine the grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing.
5. – Spoon the shrimp and lettuce mixture onto the center of each tortilla wrap.
6. – Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling and roll up tightly.
7. – Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat or spinach tortilla wraps. You can also add diced tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, or croutons to the wrap for extra flavor and texture.
