Ingredients
– 1 cup champagne
– 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the champagne and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Heat the saucepan over medium, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sugar and salt until dissolved.
4. Carefully pour the champagne mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
5. Refrigerate the molds for at least 4 hours, or until the jellies are fully set.
6. Gently remove the jellies from the molds and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
For a more intense champagne flavor, use a drier, higher-quality champagne. You can also experiment with different shaped molds, such as stars or mini cups, to create a variety of shapes.
