Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 package cream cheese, softened
– 1 package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1 package Hawaiian dinner rolls, split in half
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls.
5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on the mixture.
6. Arrange the assembled appetizers on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden brown.
8. Serve the Hanky Panky Appetizers warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, you can increase the amount of cayenne pepper. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties, such as pepper jack or Swiss, to suit your taste preferences.
