Ingredients
– 12 Hawaiian rolls, split in half horizontally
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce (or your favorite condiment)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. 2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
3. 3. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish. Top each roll with a portion of the ground beef mixture, followed by shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
4. 4. Place the top halves of the rolls on the fillings.
