Description

Herbed Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make dinner that’s bursting with flavor. Tender chicken breasts are filled with a creamy, herb-infused ricotta mixture and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and pound them to an even 1/4-inch thickness.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the flattened chicken breasts. Carefully roll up the chicken and secure with toothpicks.

5. Place the stuffed chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

6. Remove the toothpicks and serve the Herbed Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Rolls immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality ricotta cheese. You can also experiment with different herb combinations, such as adding fresh thyme or oregano.
