Ingredients
– 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
– 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. – In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
