Description

Discover the secret to making irresistibly chewy, flavorful homemade gummy bears in just 30 minutes! This easy recipe delivers restaurant-quality results, allowing you to create a classic candy treat at home.

Ingredients

– 3 packets unflavored gelatin

– 1 cup fruit juice (such as apple, grape, or berry)

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup water

– Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

1. Lightly spray a gummy bear mold with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.

3. Add the fruit juice and sugar to the saucepan and heat over medium, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.

4. Carefully pour the gummy bear mixture into the prepared mold, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

5. Refrigerate the mold for at least 30 minutes, or until the gummy bears are firm.

6. Gently remove the gummy bears from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a splash of your favorite fruit extract or essential oil to the gummy bear mixture. You can also experiment with different fruit juice combinations. Store the homemade gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
