Description

Honey Boursin Dip is a creamy, flavorful appetizer that’s quick and easy to make. The combination of savory boursin cheese and sweet honey creates a delightful balance of flavors, perfect for dipping crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

– 8 ounces boursin cheese, softened

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling

– 1 garlic clove, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme, plus more for garnish

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat the boursin cheese and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.

2. Stir in the honey, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme until well combined.

3. Season with salt and mix until fully incorporated.

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional honey.

5. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme.

6. Serve immediately with bread, crackers, and/or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

– For a thicker dip, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

– Try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.

– Substitute the fresh thyme with other fresh herbs like rosemary or chives.
