Ingredients
– 8 ounces boursin cheese, softened
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme, plus more for garnish
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat the boursin cheese and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in the honey, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme until well combined.
3. Season with salt and mix until fully incorporated.
4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional honey.
5. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
6. Serve immediately with bread, crackers, and/or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Notes
– For a thicker dip, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
– Try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.
– Substitute the fresh thyme with other fresh herbs like rosemary or chives.
