Ingredients
– 2 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
– 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. Place the acorn squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
3. 3. Drizzle the honey over the squash, making sure to coat the tops and insides evenly.
