Description

Juicy, tender chicken and crispy bacon wrapped in a crispy tater tot shell, coated in a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce – these Honey Sriracha Chicken Bacon Tater Bombs are the ultimate game day or party appetizer!


Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 24 frozen tater tots

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tbsp sriracha sauce

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1/2 tsp paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken cubes with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. 3. Wrap each tater tot with a piece of the seasoned chicken and a crumble of bacon.

4. 4. Place the wrapped tater tots on the prepared baking sheet.

5. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the tater tots are crispy.

6. 6. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and sriracha sauce.
