Juicy and flavorful baked chicken breasts coated in a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, topped with crumbled feta cheese for a delicious, easy-to-make dinner.
Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. – Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the honey-hot sauce mixture over the top and sides of the chicken.
4. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. – Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
6. – Serve the Hot Honey Feta Chicken immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after baking. You can also use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts.
