Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

2. – Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.

3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. – Brush the honey mixture evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.

5. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

6. – Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.

7. – Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

– For an extra spicy twist, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the honey mixture.

– Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
