Ingredients
– 1 round Italian loaf, sliced in half horizontally
– 4 oz thinly sliced salami
– 4 oz thinly sliced capicola
– 4 oz thinly sliced mortadella
– 4 oz thinly sliced provolone cheese
– 1 cup olive salad (mix of olives, celery, onions, pickled peppers, and olive oil)
Instructions
1. – Spread the olive salad evenly over the bottom half of the Italian loaf.
2. – Layer the salami, capicola, mortadella, and provolone cheese on top of the olive salad.
3. – Place the top half of the bread onto the sandwich and press down gently to secure the layers.
