Description

Elevate your dishes with the bold, zesty flavor of Jalapeno Salt. This easy-to-make seasoning blend adds the perfect kick of heat and a touch of natural saltiness to meats, vegetables, tacos, and more.

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup coarse sea salt

– 3 fresh jalapeño peppers, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Wash the jalapeño peppers and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the seeds and membranes, then finely chop the peppers.

2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped jalapeños and coarse sea salt. Mix well until evenly distributed.

3. Transfer the Jalapeno Salt to an airtight container or jar. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Notes

For a milder flavor, use only 1-2 jalapeños. For a spicier kick, leave some or all of the seeds and membranes in the peppers. Experiment with different types of salt, such as Himalayan pink salt or smoked salt, for unique variations.
