Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 1/2 cup key lime juice (about 20 key limes)
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice until well combined.
3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
5. Remove the bars from the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Dust the top generously with powdered sugar.
6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
