Ingredients
– 1 refrigerated pie crust
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2. – Press the pie crust into the bottom of the prepared pan.
3. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
4. – Stir in the chopped pecans.
5. – Pour the pecan filling over the pie crust and spread evenly.
6. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
