Ingredients

– 8 ounces elbow macaroni

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 3 cups whole milk

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

– Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

– In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

– Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

– Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
