Description

Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (or to taste)

– 1 tsp chili powder

– 1/2 tsp cumin

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – In a medium bowl, combine the drained corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.

2. – Mix until well blended and creamy.
