Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
– 1/2 cup diced onions
– 1 cup tomato sauce
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. – In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
3. – Roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
4. – Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
5. – Top the sauce with the cooked ground beef, diced bell peppers, and diced onions.
6. – Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the toppings.
7. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
