– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
– 2 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese
– 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
