Ingredients
– 1 pound potato gnocchi
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, about 2-3 minutes, until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
