Description

Ingredients

– 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream together, stirring occasionally until smooth.

3. Stir in the peppermint extract.

4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

5. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies and chopped mint leaves over the top of the chocolate.

6. Refrigerate the bark for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
