Ingredients
– 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– Orange candy melts or sliced carrots for noses
– Mini chocolate chips for eyes
Instructions
1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until well incorporated.
3. Fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
6. Attach the orange candy melts or sliced carrot pieces for the noses, and press in the mini chocolate chips for the eyes.
