Description

Indulge in the ultimate decadence with these Oreo Cheesecake Bars! Featuring a creamy, rich cheesecake filling atop a crunchy Oreo cookie crust, this dessert is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

– 24 Oreo cookies, crushed

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

2. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the sugar and continue mixing until well combined.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour until just combined.

5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra Oreo flavor, reserve some crushed cookies to sprinkle on top of the cheesecake before baking. You can also try adding a layer of chopped Oreo cookies between the crust and cheesecake filling.
