Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 2 cups shredded green cabbage
– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 2 eggs, lightly beaten
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 4 hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cabbage, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
4. 4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
5. 5. Bake the burgers in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
