These Parmesan-crusted Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a quick and easy side dish that transforms everyday veggies into an unforgettable treat. The crispy, golden-brown parmesan crust adds a delightful savory flavor that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

– 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil in a large bowl until evenly coated.

3. 3. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the brussels sprouts and toss again to coat.

4. 4. Spread the coated brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. 5. Roast for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until the brussels sprouts are tender and the parmesan crust is golden-brown.

6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the brussels sprouts for 2-3 minutes at the end. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
