Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
– 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
– 4 slices cheddar cheese
– 4 brioche buns, toasted
– 1 tablespoon tallow (or vegetable oil)
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
3. Heat the tallow (or vegetable oil) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
5. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese.
6. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the bottom buns, then place the cheeseburger patties on top.
7. Top with the crispy bacon and the top buns.
8. Serve the PB & Bacon ‘Tallow’ Burgers immediately, with a side of fries or your favorite accompaniments.
Notes
