Ingredients
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
– 1 ripe banana, mashed
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
1. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, peanut butter, and mashed banana until well combined.
