Ingredients

– 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin

– 1 onion, sliced

– 1 bell pepper, sliced

– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 bag tortilla chips

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef, onion, and bell pepper. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

4. 4. Spread the tortilla chips out on a large baking sheet. Top the chips evenly with the beef and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. 6. Remove the Philly Cheesesteak Nachos from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional toppings if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing or a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley. If you prefer, you can use provolone or cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella.
