Indulge in the classic flavors of Philly cheesesteak with these easy-to-make sliders, featuring thinly sliced steak, melted cheese, and a delectable garlic butter topping.
Ingredients
– 1 lb thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin)
– 8 slider buns, split in half
– 8 slices provolone cheese
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. – Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and spread the garlic butter evenly over the top halves of the buns.
4. – Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the buns are lightly toasted and the butter is melted.
5. – While the buns are baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
6. – Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top with the cooked beef and the top bun.
7. – Serve the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders immediately, while the cheese is still melted.
Notes
For best results, use thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak. You can also customize the sliders by adding sautéed onions, mushrooms, or your other favorite Philly cheesesteak toppings.
