Instructions
1. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a thick dough forms.

6. Pipe the dough into 1-inch rounds or desired shapes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
7. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden.
